All Full Conference tickets types include:

PLUS each registration includes access to:

  • Full program including all plenary and concurrent sessions

  • Participation in the live Q&A with speakers

  • Access to the exhibition

  • Discounted hotel/accommodation rates

One-Day Ticket

A One-day conference ticket type includes all Conference sessions occurring in that one day. You will need to specify which day you will be attending in the registration form. 

Gala Dinner Ticket

Please note - Seating will not be allocated and we encourage prompt arrival to ensure you are seated with your guests.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Changes/Cancellations of a registration must be advised via email to Verbal changes or cancellations will not be accepted.


The following refunds on registration fees will apply from the date of receipt of notification:

On or before 31 August 2023 – 50% refund less an administration fee of $110, including GST.
The refund will be returned via the same payment method as the original receipt of funds.
No refund is available after 31 August 2023; however, an alternative delegate name may be provided in writing, and the booking and funds will be allocated accordingly.

Where there are extenuating circumstances, a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the discretion of FECCA. In the case that the event has to be postponed due to an extreme and unforeseen event, all tickets will be fully transferable to the new date.

Photography and Videography Disclaimer

This event is being photographed and filmed. Pictures and footage captured may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the staff at the registration desk at the conference.
